Immigration reform goes biometric - The Dangers of The New ID Cards

Senators Charles Schumer and Lindsey Graham have proposed using biometric identification cards as a requirement to work inside the United States, as part of a larger overhaul of Immigration policy. The card would use fingerprint or hand data to identify every American in the workforce, making it harder for illegals to gain work inside the country. Civil rights groups, among others, are furious because they see this as a first step for the government to track its own citizens. Jim Harper from the Cato Institute is in studio with Lauren to discuss the issue.
