Revelation 1 New King James Version (NKJV)
The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John, 2 who bore witness to the word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw. 3 Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.
Greeting the Seven Churches
4 John, to the seven churches which are in Asia:
Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, 5 and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth.
To Him who loved us and washed[a] us from our sins in His own blood, 6 and has made us kings[b] and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
7 Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.
8 "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,"[c] says the Lord,[d] "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty."
Vision of the Son of Man
9 I, John, both[e] your brother and companion in the tribulation and kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was on the island that is called Patmos for the word of God and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. 10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's Day, and I heard behind me a loud voice, as of a trumpet, 11 saying, "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last," and,[f] "What you see, write in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia:[g] to Ephesus, to Smyrna, to Pergamos, to Thyatira, to Sardis, to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea."
12 Then I turned to see the voice that spoke with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands, 13 and in the midst of the seven lampstands One like the Son of Man, clothed with a garment down to the feet and girded about the chest with a golden band. 14 His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire; 15 His feet were like fine brass, as if refined in a furnace, and His voice as the sound of many waters; 16 He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength. 17 And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me,[h] "Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. 18 I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death. 19 Write[i] the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after this. 20 The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands which you saw[j] are the seven churches.
Our Education System is Worthless
The problem is that education has become a business, and businesses are concerned with profit. The schools are corporations they arent there to teach you useful information in life they are there to corporate approved data, whether its a lie or not..... welcome to bank rule its all fraud . College is a legal scam. You spend 6 years in college putting yourself in debt so you can work off that debt in a corporate job that doesn't give a crap about you for your entire life. You don't need college when you have the internet, books that cost half the price on Amazon, and the discipline to be self taught. Unless you're going to work in health care, it's not really worth it.Most employers require or provide some kind of training for their employees anyway. May as well move it up to the employer level since every corporate has their own specific needs. Judge a candidate based on their personality rather than their education since you'll need to teach them how to perform their job anyway. Send employees to private certification courses so that there can be more competition in the education industry.

Pope Benedict XVI Comes Out as Gay
Pope Benedict XVI announced today that he has resigned his papacy because he is gay and "could no longer live a lie." In a statement released to Italian news media the 85-year-old departing pontiff says he is relieved to be coming out after eight decades in the closet and urged the Catholic Church and other faiths to accept homosexuality as a natural part of God's creation. "Like many gay Catholics, I have been forced for too long to choose between my faith and my identity," the statement reads. "My profound love for my beloved church compelled me to lie to myself and to my fellow believers about a basic component of my humanity. "I deeply regret that deception. I have not been honest with the Church, and for that reason I decided that I could not continue my role as leader of the world's one billion Catholics.

Judge Napolitano Exposes Eric Holder & DOJ For 'Profound And Direct Assault On First Amendment'
5/14/13 - Reacting to Attorney General Eric Holder's Tuesday afternoon press briefing on the Department of Justice's secret seizing of Associated Press phone records, Fox senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano tore into the agency for its "direct assault" on the Constitution that he says circumvented the proper channels laid out by the law. On Monday afternoon it was revealed that the DOJ had obtained the private phone records of Associated Press reporters and editors. In response, Holder explained today that the seizure was part of an investigation into one of the worst leaks he has ever seen in his legal career, one he believes could have compromised national security.
Napolitano was not convinced, calling Justice's actions a "profound and direct assault on the First Amendment." He explained to Fox host Megyn Kelly that the feds have three different methods to legally seize documents from an outlet like the Associated Press: 1. "Grand jury subpoena, in which case the U.S. attorney has to tell the person, 'We are going for your records.'" 2. "Go to a judge and present evidence of probable cause of crime to get a search warrant." 3. "Obtain a national security letter, in which a federal agent writes a search warrant authorizing another federal agent to get the documents under the PATRIOT Act."
The third option, Napolitano added, "is unconstitutional, but it is the law." But as the judge sees it, the only crime that's been identified by Holder thus far was the "crime of leaking," which does not constitute a national security threat.
And so without following any of the three steps to legally obtaining documents under federal law, Napolitano told Kelly, the seizure "was absolutely done improperly and it violated most the core protected rights under the Constitution: freedom of speech."

Whistleblowers can no longer trust Journalists after the AP Scandal says Tony Gosling
AP Surveillance: 'Govts taking our rights away, not Al-Qaeda'
Up to a hundred reporters and editors at the Associated Press have been targeted, in a massive US government surveillance operation against the news service. AP is calling the monitoring network - created by the Justice Department itself - unprecedented in size and scope, and a gross violation of privacy. One consequence of this surveillance scandal is that whistleblowers will now think twice, before calling a news desk - that's according to investigative journalist and historian, Tony Gosling.

Breaking News: US Government Secretly Seized AP Phone Records
(CBC) 'Massive and unprecedented intrusion' could reveal communications with confidential sources, news co-operative says
The U.S. Justice Department secretly obtained two months of telephone records of reporters and editors for The Associated Press in what the news cooperative's top executive called a "massive and unprecedented intrusion" into how news organizations gather the news.
The records obtained by the Justice Department listed incoming and outgoing calls, and the duration of each call, for the work and personal phone numbers of individual reporters, general AP office numbers in New York, Washington and Hartford, Conn., and the main number for AP reporters in the House of Representatives press gallery, according to attorneys for the AP.
In all, the government seized those records for more than 20 separate telephone lines assigned to AP and its journalists in April and May of 2012. The exact number of journalists who used the phone lines during that period is unknown but more than 100 journalists work in the offices whose phone records were targeted on a wide array of stories about government and other matters.
In a letter of protest sent to Attorney General Eric Holder on Monday, AP President and Chief Executive Officer Gary Pruitt said the government sought and obtained information far beyond anything that could be justified by any specific investigation. He demanded the return of the phone records and destruction of all copies.
"There can be no possible justification for such an overbroad collection of the telephone communications of The Associated Press and its reporters. These records potentially reveal communications with confidential sources across all of the newsgathering activities undertaken by the AP during a two-month period, provide a road map to AP's newsgathering operations, and disclose information about AP's activities and operations that the government has no conceivable right to know," Pruitt said.
Records could be part of probe into leak on 2011 CIA operation
The government would not say why it sought the records. U.S. officials have previously said in public testimony that the U.S. attorney in Washington is conducting a criminal investigation into who may have leaked information contained in a May 7, 2012, AP story about a foiled terror plot. The story disclosed details of a CIA operation in Yemen that stopped an al-Qaeda plot in the spring of 2012 to detonate a bomb on an airplane bound for the United States.
In testimony in February, CIA Director John Brennan noted that the FBI had questioned him about whether he was AP's source, which he denied. He called the release of the information to the media about the terror plot an "unauthorized and dangerous disclosure of classified information."
Prosecutors have sought phone records from reporters before, but the seizure of records from such a wide array of AP offices, including general AP switchboards numbers and an office-wide shared fax line, is unusual and largely unprecedented.
In the letter notifying the AP received Friday, the Justice Department offered no explanation for the seizure, according to Pruitt's letter and attorneys for the AP. The records were presumably obtained from phone companies earlier this year although the government letter did not explain that. None of the information provided by the government to the AP suggested the actual phone conversations were monitored.
Among those whose phone numbers were obtained were five reporters and an editor who were involved in the May 7, 2012 story.
The Obama administration has aggressively investigated disclosures of classified information to the media and has brought six cases against people suspected of leaking classified information, more than under all previous presidents combined.
Justice Department published rules require that subpoenas of records from news organizations must be personally approved by the attorney general but it was not known if that happened in this case. The letter notifying AP that its phone records had been obtained though subpoenas was sent Friday by Ronald Machen, the U.S. attorney in Washington.
Spokesmen in Machen's office and at the Justice Department had no immediate comment on Monday.
The Justice Department lays out strict rules for efforts to get phone records from news organizations. A subpoena can only be considered after "all reasonable attempts" have been made to get the same information from other sources, the rules say. It was unclear what other steps, in total, the Justice Department has taken to get information in the case.
A subpoena to the media must be "as narrowly drawn as possible" and "should be directed at relevant information regarding a limited subject matter and should cover a reasonably limited time period," according to the rules.

The American Prisons are full of Innocent and Wrongfully convicted Americans
The wrongfully incarcerated in US prisons
Studies suggest that between 2.3% and 5% of the people in US prisons are actually innocent; since 1989, more than 250 people in 34 states have been exonerated and released from prison through post-conviction DNA testing.
Some states - and the federal government in some circumstances - now offer compensation to exonerees. Many do not. Up to 40% of those released from prison after being wrongfully incarcerated receive no compensation.
Those states that do not currently offer compensation to the wrongfully convicted are: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Washington and Wyoming.
Even those that do offer compensation may impose limits that make them essentially meaningless. New Hampshire, for example, caps compensation at $20,000 and Louisiana caps compensation at $250,000 irrespective of the length of time served. Montana only provides educational aid.

The Future of Drone Technology ~ Are Drones The Future Of The Cargo Transport Industry?
Over the past decade, the US military has shifted the way it fights its wars, deploying more unmanned systems in the battlefield than ever before. Today there are more than 7,000 drones and 12,000 ground robots in use by all branches of the military. These systems mean less American deaths and also less political risk for the US when it takes acts of lethal force -- often outside of official war zones. But US lethal drone strikes in countries like Pakistan have brought up serious questions about the legal and political implications of using these systems.
